The Bar
A fire, two armchairs, all the time you need
Past the hall, the bar occupies the building’s former dining room: original panelling, a working fireplace and deep armchairs. Coffee in the morning, a drink after dark.
It is also the drawing room of the House. Work here in the afternoon, wait for a taxi, read the paper without ordering a thing.
Cocktails, wines and something to nibble
A dozen cocktails, three of them created for the House, and classics made without fuss. On the wine side, a short list by the glass, mostly small French estates.
To share: charcuterie and aged cheeses, olives, roasted almonds, a few warm plates in the evening. Nothing that replaces dinner, everything you need not to leave.
From morning to last orders
